NTUC income has launched its contact center bot.


Using this virtual digital assistant, Customers can perform Login using NRIC and password to see list of active policies, Coverage, policy details, Payment details Smalltals and ask FAQ’s securely from home, any time, without visiting a insurance office and do a lot more with chatbot; This would add significant convenience to customers, as it allow them to get personalised insurance experiences at any time.
