Product Manager
– Banking

What You will do:

  • Identify, develop and scale up new use cases on the platform that attracts more constituents and brings in new revenue streams
  • Chartering the long and short term product strategies and roadmaps
  • Simplified, intuitive and innovative customer experience definition
  • Managing all the product investments, especially the large ones with business cases
  • Incubating new products and solutions
  • Expanding and maturing existing solutions
  • Identify and create go-to-market strategies for new delivery and licensing models like SaaS, transaction based pricing etc.
  • Identifying and managing alliance solutions
  • Provide thought leadership, both internally and externally
  • Engage thought leaders, analysts and consultants in the industry
  • Manage geographic readiness of the products, internationalization and localization of the products
  • Creation of product differentiators
  • Engaging key clients and understand their pain-points and come out with generic solutions for their specific requirements
  • End to end management of all requirements and commitments to the markets and clients.
  • Product marketing activities like contents for marketing collaterals, product positioning and value proposition
  • Interface with the development and platform teams for product development, review and contribute to product design
  • Enable all our GTM channels

 

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of total experience in one of the banking domain
  • 5+ years of technology product management in the specified domains or experience in operations / marketing / product management / process initiatives of the specified domains
  • Experience in managing digital channels will be desirable like internet and/or mobile banking and/or assisted ones like call centres and branch banking
  • Individual contributors who are thought leaders in their domains and can collaborate with a team of similar individuals.
  • Is fully hands-on in detailed documentation of customers’ requirements and contents for marketing collaterals
